The Farmhouse is a country house divided into Studio, One-Bedroom, and Three-Bedroom apartments within the Campetroso agriturismo.

The apartments are designed to blend into the village, following the classic lines of Tuscan architecture. Both the ground floor and first-floor apartments have a large porch in front with tables and chairs for outdoor dining, reading a book, or chatting with neighbors while admiring the stunning surrounding panorama.

In front of the main building, you will find the pool, about 15x10 meters with a shallow area suitable for children who can't swim yet.
Adjacent to the pool, there is a small playground where the little ones can play freely.

The studio apartments consist of a single room with a canopy double bed, kitchenette, and bathroom with shower. The kitchenette is fully equipped and has a stovetop and sink for meal preparation.

The three-bedroom apartments are suitable for large families or groups who want to spend their holidays together. They consist of a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two beds (with the possibility of joining the beds), a kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed with a slatted frame for two people, and a bathroom with a shower. The furnishings include a dishwasher and appliances like the other apartments. The three-bedroom apartments are available both on the ground floor and the upper floor.

Guests have access to a large garden, with space for children to play in the playground or in front of the apartment, always in complete safety. For adults, there are shaded areas where you can relax reading or listening to music and barbecue areas for grilling and aperitifs.

The chemical levels of the pool are controlled in real-time by control units that adjust the supply of disinfectants based on the workload of the tank, the double filter allows a complete recirculation of the tank in less than 2 hours, ensuring perfect water at any time of the day. We have dedicated a large area of the pool to children, with a reduced depth of 60 cm where your children can get used to swimming in complete safety. The pool has a solarium area with deckchairs and shaded areas available for guests.

An ancient farmhouse divided into Studio, One-bedroom, and Two-bedroom apartments within the Agriturismo Campetroso.

With its characteristic stone construction, typical of Tuscan rural residences of the last century, it has been transformed into a splendid Agriturismo with a Pool.

Abandoned for many years, it was completely renovated in 1999, maintaining the main structure, which was excellently preserved. The reuse, as much as possible, of the original materials gives this building the charm of ancient things.
