The rooms, one double and one with the possibility of separate beds, can comfortably accommodate large families and each apartment can host up to six people.

The Farm is a farmhouse divided into Studio, One-Bedroom, and Three-Bedroom apartments within the Campetroso agriturismo.

The apartments were designed to blend into the village, following the classic lines of Tuscan architecture. Both the ground floor and first-floor apartments have a large porch with tables and chairs in front for outdoor dining, reading a book, or chatting with neighbors while admiring the stunning surrounding landscape.

In front of the main building, you will find the pool, about 15x10 meters with a shallow area suitable for children who can't swim yet.
Adjacent to the pool, there is a small playground where the little ones can play freely.

The studio apartments consist of a single room with a canopy double bed, kitchenette, and bathroom with shower. The kitchenette is fully equipped and includes a stovetop and sink for meal preparation.
The kitchen equipment also includes a refrigerator and a microwave/grill. Utensils, dishes, and necessary pots are available in a sideboard.
The apartments are ideal for couples or families with children, as an additional crib can be added.

The One-Bedroom apartments are suitable for families or couples who desire more comfort, as a crib or extra bed can also be added here. The apartments consist of a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette that includes everything you need, including a dishwasher, and a sofa bed with slatted base for two people to provide every comfort. This type of apartment is located both on the ground floor and the upper floor.

The Three-Bedroom apartments are suitable for large families or groups who want to spend their holidays together. They consist of a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two beds (with the possibility of joining the beds), a kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed with a slatted base for two people, and a bathroom with a shower. The furnishings include a dishwasher and appliances as in the other apartments. The Three-Bedroom apartments are available both on the ground floor and the upper floor.

Guests have access to a large garden, with space for children to play in the playground or in front of the apartment, always in total safety. For adults, there are shaded areas where you can relax reading or listening to music and barbecue areas for grilling and aperitifs.

The pool's chemical levels are monitored in real-time by control units that adjust the supply of disinfectants based on the pool's workload, and the double filter allows complete recirculation of the pool in less than 2 hours, ensuring perfect water at all times of the day. We have dedicated a large area of the pool to children, with a reduced depth of 60 cm, where your children can get comfortable with swimming in complete safety. The pool has a solarium area with deck chairs and shaded areas available to guests.

With its characteristic stone construction, typical of Tuscan rural residences of the last century, it has been transformed into a splendid Agriturismo with a Pool.

Abandoned for many years, it was completely renovated in 1999, maintaining the main structure, which was excellently preserved. The reuse, as much as possible, of the original materials gives this building the charm of ancient things.
